Hillbilly Days of Pikeville, Kentucky. A fantastic festival held each year in April that is the host to over 100,000 people. The festival is a joint effort of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and the Shriners. Monies raised support the Shriners Hospital for Children in Lexington, Kentucky.
Hatfield-McCoy Marathon. The event is scheduled as part of the infamous feuding Hatfields and McCoys Reunion Festival. The unique course attracts runners from all over America.
